Research And Application Of The Data Management System Based On Cloud Computing Environment

As the development of some new concepts and technologies such as computer networks, grid computing, WEB services, and new WEB applications, the World Wide Web (World-Wide Web, WWW) has grown from a traditional platform with HTML file sharing, exchanging and accessing to a Sharing platform with any information resources, architecture and cloud computing model over the Internet has become a trend.Cloud computing is an important class of data-intensive computing, the core content is the data management. Similar to some Internet business,such as Amazon, Google, Taobao and Baidu, whoes development depends on its effective data management; like some large cross-regional companies, such as China Mobile and the national grid companies need large-scale data centers to support its scientific decision-making; global or nationwide Research Collaboration need to manage large-scale scientific experiments and observations and to provide sharing and analysis. Traditional data management techniques are not able to meet the need for data management of these applications. For the characteristics and needs of cloud computing applications, drawing on the concept of traditional data management techniques,It has become an important research topic to research, design and develop a new data management technologies for cloud computing environment.Starting with cloud computing, make a more comprehensive introduction of some existing definitions of cloud computing, fully understand the development status and trends about cloud computing at home and aboard, then summarize the characteristics advantages and key technologies of cloud computing environment.By analyzing the challenges of data management caused by the cloud computing, summarize and conclude the characteristics required by data management system in the cloud computing environment, highlighting several data management systems in cloud computing environment, analyze and compare the mainstream distributied key-value database.To implement a highly scalable, highly reliable storage system for mass images, through the analysis and comparison mentioned above, CouchDB is selected as the base element of this system, and make a in-depth research on CouchDB from its architecture and programming interface.Based on the research above, we design and implement a highly scalable, highly reliable storage system for mass images based on CouchDB----ImageCloud; Finally, test the system functions, such as add. search, modify, delete and system performance according to develop the corresponding testing code.
