With flourish in today's telecommunications networks, a variety of telecom value-added services have sprung up. In the telecommunications network, the multimedia information can be completed by the core network to enhance the user experience. Interactive business is to communicate between different nodes, or individual. In recent years, a rapid development of interactive services is driven by the Internet and a new exchange of ideas, such as Web2.0, etc. Telecommunications and interactive multimedia services is the integration of the business and emerging ideology. From the initial ring tones, to the multimedia ring back tones, from IVR (Interactive Voice Response) to IVVR (Interactive Voice and Video Response), a lot of classic type of business were produced. But no matter from the business counterparts, or business triggering or even the diversity of multimedia content, these businesses are all inadequate.CQKX (Cool Show) is an interactive multimedia telecommunications services produced in this background. CQKX is a tool for user to connect each other, and triggered when a call is created. Not only users be serviced, but also be given greatly degrees of freedom. The CQKX content has two parts. One is content provided by content providers; another one is content provided by user's DIY (Do It Yourself). Both of that ensure the diversity of the media, and ensure the user's request of media personality resources.As an interactive business, CQKX implements the most direct interaction with the user through the design and implementation user self-service subsystem. Users can query and manage their business properties through user self-service subsystem. User self-service subsystem use the most classic B/S (Browser/Server)model, dependent on the function of the Internet to establish a complete system. User self-service subsystem is divided into four parts:business user website, SP (Service Provider) administers website, administrator's website and database. The business user website is for the user of CQKX; The SP Administer website is for content provider; the administrator's website is for the administrators of CQKX.This paper from the perspective of the software development process, starting a CQKX user self-service Subsystem. Main tasks are:first, study the architecture and the structure of CQKX; second, a detailed study of the demand for user self-service subsystem for the design and implementation of user self-service subsystem goals; Third, design subsystem implementation base on attributes and functional requirements of CQKX user self-services subsystem. And study the design of emerging technologies and ideas, to provide the theoretical and technical basis for the entire subsystem. UP (Unified Portal)-based design methods which are used in user self-service subsystem provides an example for all website projects with differentiated needs. Finally, using the Java programming language to implement the sub-system, from the direct interaction with the user to middle-level of interface functions logic, even to the final data management. Of course, a software testing process is essential. CQKX user self-service subsystem through its own test network adopted the test case. CQKX user self-service subsystem is a development system, in terms of functionality and access methods, the CQKX user self-service subsystem can complete the update step of the development.
