With the rapid development of the Internet around the world with an unprecedented scale and speed, Web information is also rapid expansion and growth at an alarming rate, and has become the largest number resource, the most comprehensive type and the largest database of an integrated information in human history. Throughout the recent years of some hot events occurred, they were first set off a heated discussion on the Internet before attracted the attention and the relevant departments involved in processing. These facts reflect that the Internet public opinion plays an important effect on the direct of the entire community of public opinion.In view of these facts, to make effective supervision, timely and comprehensive reflect on Internet public opinion trends, timely feedback, and to take appropriate action to control and guidance, have a positive effect on maintaining China's social stability and political stability. Monitoring and analysis system of Internet public opinion can be achieved massive public opinion against the automatic real-time Internet monitoring and analysis, effective solution for government departments to the traditional manual way of monitoring the problem of implementation of public opinion.This article comes from cooperation with a telecom company public opinion analysis system project. Considering of the current problems in supervision of public opinion combined with the practical application needs of the telecom company, design and implement public opinion analysis system, sensitive detection topic detection and content of the orientation module. Based on the study of Web search and public opinion analysis of key points, this article described the overall process of the system's detailed design and related modules, and modules related to the algorithm were compared. Finally, the paper also incorporates analysis of actual performance of the system and gives the public some system problems and possible research focus. At present, the system has been running a telecom company, and performance is good.
