The rapid development of personal communication techniques and markets leads to the fact that the demand of data service, such as multimedia message, on-line game, music download and mobile TV, will soon go beyond the ability provided by the wireless network today. Compared with WIFI and WiMAX, the network structure and access protocols of WCDMA/HSDPA/HSUPA are too complex although they have advantages in mobility and QoS aspects, which makes them fall behind in aspects of wireless spectrum efficiency and transmission delay.So,3GPP developed a Long Term Evolution for WCDMA,which is LTE.At the same time,with the development of wireless commuications network, user's demand of data transmission rate and multi wireless traffics is increasing and user's requirement of mobile communications network link is higher and higher. Therefore, in order to solve these problems better, we must do some further research on link feature, including establishing large-scale fading and multi-antenna network channel model fit for various environments.The large-scale fading model built in this paper relied on TD-LTE system simulation platform, which completed path loss computing, generating of shadow fading and smart antenna algorithm in the different settings. We brought up a proposal of deciding whether to carry out large-scale updating according to UE's moving distance.Condering the high complexity of SCME wireless channel's modeling during the process of system simulation and the overlong simulation time, a method of shortening channel simulation time and simplifying channel's modeling process was proposed to realizing the balance of simulation efficiency and simulation accuracy. Morevoer, we had a calibration of large-scale fading model and channel model bulit in the paper and verified its rationality. In the end, the paper expounded the fact that link budget affected power control, which showed that link budget was the foundation of the entire platform.
