| With the development of card technology and information technology, smart card and combined application systems have been applied into school life. At present, many schools have multiple card applications in use. From daily dinning, bath, book lending to the school staff management, these application systems served in different areas and raised the intelligentized level of campus application to some extent. However, due to the fact that China's development of IC card start late and in defect of necessary technology and experience, there are still many problems hiding behind, mainly displayed in the following areas:Firstly, the application systems currently used campus are constructed by multiple departments according to their own needs, the technology used in these systems are not unified and standardized, resulting in the discordance among these systems and the huge waste of the campus's current resources; Secondly, every student has several cards in his hand, each card can be used only in one or two fields, which brings great inconvenience to them; Lastly, various application systems are independent from each other; it goes against the unified management in campus.Now, the campus network are maturing, the card application technology and integrated application system development technologies are improving day by day, the demand of the campus's intelligent management development is rising, all these realities provide technical support and power requirement for the campus "One-Card-Solution" system. The wide-bound application of the One-Card-Solution system has become an inevitable trend in campus management. This paper is working on the application of "One-Card-Solution" system, by combining the current popular RFID techniques, network communication technologies and the application system develop techniques, and this "One-Card-Solution" system can fundamentally change the confused situation of campus's IC card application and bring unprecedented convenience to the personal use and the management of the school.This paper firstly makes an introduction to the development status of IC card and related techniques as well as the significance of this subject and then gives the detailed need and feasibility analysis of the campus "One-Card-Solution" system. On this basis, offers the system's overall design combining with the existing fact of Beijing Language University's card application. Including system topology architecture design, data storage distribution on the card and card upgrade solution design, distributed database design, etc. Finally, select a few representative function modules and subsystems such as the book borrowing system, the dormitory management system as the examples for detailed illustration.The system requirement and feasibility analysis this paper provides suggests that it's necessary and feasible on constructing the campus "One-Card-Solution" system from the technical and economic point of view; the system design in this paper lays a good foundation for the research and establishment work of campus "One-Card-Solution" system in Beijing Language and Culture University and other neighbors school and also provides a well reference for the combined use between smart card equipments and Management Information System (MIS) development techniques. |
