CFB has become the new direction of development of boilers with its high efficiency, clean combustion technology. One hot research field of automatic control of is the effective control of CFB. On one hand, all variety of models and analysis approaches of CFB are emerging with the rapid development of the automatic control technology, artificial intelligence technology and computer technology; on the other hand, new theories and research findings continue to emerge, and has shown great practical application in the power and potential.The focus of the thesis is the desulfurization control of CFB technology. The mechanism of calcium desulfurization process and the mathematical model are carefully discussed. On this basis, I combine disturbance rejection control and make some simulation experiments. Simulation results show that:the proposed algorithm has strong robustness and reliability; it can be applied to the actual CFB desulfurization process control.The main contents are as follows:1.The characteristics of circulating fluidized bed boiler, history, desulfurization requirements and development status are described in this paper, as well as theoretical study and practical application of some of the difficulties and problems to be addressed. Finally, future research of the CFB desulfurization control the direction is briefly described.2. The mechanism of calcium desulfurization process of the 75-ton CFB is analyzed, and a mathematical model of the desulfurization process is get.3. The development process and all parts of ADRC are introduced, the question that why the ADRC to make up for the classic PID control is the lack of is solved,4. To solve the problem of parameter-tuning, LADRC is introduced. There are four ways to deal with inertia:the method to improve the order of the plant; the method to Ignore the delay time; the method to predict the output; the method to predict the input.
