The sensor technology is the important pillar of information technology and the basis of obtaining information. Electricity is one kind of the most widely used sources of energy in modern society. The electrical power intelligent sensor technology becomes ainevitable trend of social development, at the same time, the signal processing technology plays an important role in the sensor technology. Therefore, it is great practical significant to study the method of gaining power feature parameters and properties of AC power intelligent sensor.Firstly,this paper describes the development of the important significance of the sensor and the wide application in today's society, and then elaborates the trend of development and the component of intelligent system,illustrates the important roles of intelligent sensor technology in AC power field. Secondly,this paper gives the key technologies of the AC power intelligent sensor signal processing, and the method of AC power test is researched. Here, the power test methods are classified into two types of AC power definition test method and characteristic parameters power testing method, based on error leastsquare method and Lagrange interpolation method and the initial sample point of AC power parameter estimation. We can acquire the AC voltage/current values and the voltage/currentearly phase Angles. Finally, we research the methods of the definition method, error LMS and correlation analysis method in the application of AC power parameter testing.In addition, this paper anlayzes the test performance such as real-time and test precision,system simplification, and cost reductionwhich are resulted by noises and disturbs.This thesis studies the above various power parameter measurement methods based on windows operating system by using Visual c + + software simulation experimental platform, through a large number of experiment and the simulation. The research shows that these methods in certain conditions could simplify the hardware system, save costs and improve the AC electrical power parameter testing precision. At the same time, these methods meet AC power intelligent sensor miniaturization and high performance requirements.
