Design And Implementation Of Liaoning Daze Industry Group Archives Management System Based On Struts Framework

Traditional file management is worked up by manpower, which compiles searching instrument and catalogue. Thus, it contains massive amount of work and is of low efficiency. Yet there are not the only disadvantages. Due to the development of computer technology, more and more office work is now executed automatically with the aid of computers and other techniques. And it is desirable to develop a file management system using computer technology. In respect of this, we developed an archives management system, in which the database file the corresponding electronic files of archives management are intensively managed on servers. The general managing work, such as user permissions and system maintenance work, is also processed on servers. By using this system, various reports required for file management can be printed out automatically rather than manually. Moreover, it's very convenient to search for the data needed. In summary, the developed system profoundly enhanced the efficiency of archives management as well as other related work.The application of computer technology in archives management is mainly used to file integrates and retrieval, statistics and lend business functions. Its core functions are, firstly, computer can help users to search files with different characteristics according to the characteristics and forms of recoding items. Secondly, it manages all kinds of data and information, for instance, the number of inbound and outbound, storage space share and access and return of files. Thus, it helps establishing a high quality and high efficiency of the archives management system, which eases archives managers'work.This article depicts the developing process of the file management system of LIAONING DAZE Industry Group, which is based on the UML and Struts.The Struts is an open source projects from Apache Software Foundation. It provides Model-View-Controller (MVC) in the exploration of Java Web (Model is the applied objects and View is its display on the screen. Controller defines the response way from the user interface to the user input). This model can separate inherent code from appearance more efficiently. Code is easier to manage than pattern frame in the development of the Java Web and is particularly applicable to develop a large and expansive Web application. The Struts provides a general framework for the development and makes developers concentrate on how to resolve an actual business problem. This framework is suitable for the large team development.The UML (the Unified Modeling Language) is a visible model-setting up language, and easy to use and communicate for the programmers. It has already used for all the OO analysis, OO design and OO realization.This paper's final target is describing and establishing a file management system process, realizing technology archives management and accounting archives management. It uses the mature struts framework and UML modeling technology and object-oriented programming method. It realized the target by using Java language. The paper's main work is describing the system's demand, analysis, design and implementation which were developed by using unified process thought.
