The function of Telecom Integrated Order Processing Subsystem is process and selection of the order and work order. The traditional system development always adopts the first development after integration mode, while the requirements of clients is changes from time to time,it is impossible to adapt to the change of the business needs by depending entirely on system redevelopment, so the traditional mode of business process is hard to adapt to the enterprise needs. The loose coupling framework of SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture) can make telecom enterprise be quickly adapt to market changes flexibly and it can construct business logic which can be sharing, reuse and configuration with the form of service and components. This paper mainly studies the system architecture of the Telecom Integrated Order Processing Subsystem based on SOA,and proposes the design plan. The paper researches and designs a lightweight framework of Telecom Integrated Order Processing (TIOP) Subsystem based on SOA and combined with the J2EE platform. The paper mainly studies the designing ideas about service component and the dispatching of business process.Meanwhile,it controls the dispatching of business process with configuration files, consequently reduces the coupling degree of each level greatly and Simplifies coding quantity. In system realization, based on the Myeclipse development platform, used java language, the paper is realized five layers of the system:data layer, component layer, business process layer, application layer and presentation layer.By using coarse-grain services, the architecture reduces the number of system layer and provides a useful model for realizing system rapidly. The architecture can reduce the cost of system upgrade and promote system agility.
