High power LED lamp is a new type of transistor illuminant. Compared with the traditional street,it have high luminous efficiency, long service life, safety and reliability, green non-pollution etc. In recent years,it has become the focus of research field of semiconductor lighting. This subject mainly studies the heat, high power LED lamp secondary optics.It uses the simulation software to design the radiator structure and optical structure theory simulation. Finally, it designed a set of reasonable structure, and through the lamp test verified. The thesis mainly include:1) Learning the basic knowledge of LED lighting. Analysis of high power LED encapsulation structure. It simulation different binder materials and substrate materials under the temperature through ANSYS.Then choose the proper binding materials and substrate materials for high power LED lamp heat.2) Studies of high power LED lamp heat-radiating mechanism.It designs on the radiator of finned heat sink thickness, number, radiator height, the thickness and analysis of different environmental temperature and impact of temperate chip. Using the ANSYS simulation of structure design, it selects the most appropriate structure as 20W LED lamp radiator.3) High power LED uses ray tracing, photometric basic knowledge on optical design. Through the design of LightTools software,it simulates 20W LED lamp of reflective glass then designes to the requirements of structure.Finally, it designs 180W LED optical model,the simulation results conform to the provisions of the road lighting.4) It makes the high power LED lights a simply test analysis. It tests light and temperature through the digital thermometer and photometric.It compares the actual measurement and theoretical simulation results.Then modifies the result and gets the suitable radiator structure.Finally,it introduces the aging and LED the LED on aging test.Finally, it summarizes and prospects the subject.Then it proposes research in the future.
