Following the development of science and technology, the technology of mesh partition and optimization have become a important technical in virtual reality, computer graphics, medical image processing areas. With the rapid development of detection technology, a ability that scattered to obtain the accuracy data from the object has greatly improved in the three-dimensional space. The original surface is rebuild according to the scattered points in the three-dimensional space, which maintain the correct surface topology and as accurate as possible to realization the reverse surface rebuilding. Therefore, it need partition quadrilateral meshes and optimize generating and generated meshes to improve the quality of mesh.Firstly, the partition of quadrilateral meshes, optimization and fitting current development and application based on cloud data are analyzed and researched. The quadrilateral mesh optimization algorithm is improved in mesh generating.Second, a integrate optimization algorithm of quadrilateral mesh is designed based on the characteristics of the quadrilateral mesh generation, the design of the, integrated in the quadrilateral mesh optimization algorithm design process, in addition to considering the mesh topology and geometry, but also into some parameters, it include the smooth connection between the mesh surface, and the fitting precision with the original model, it make the optimization algorithm more robust.Then, According to CTH model data points set, the integrate optimization algorithms based on view point are programmed and debugged. In VC 6.0 programming environment, the viewpoint coordinate transformation, the determine of optimization region, a simple optimization algorithm improving based on the viewpoint,5/3 complex mesh topology optimization are realized based on MFC programming, and satisfy the mesh nodes is 4 to improve the mesh quality, so that the mesh is more uniform and improve the surface fitting precision.Finally, the basic concepts of texture mapping and classification is introduced in this paper and the principle of two-dimensional texture mapping, and three-dimensional texture map effects by application of OpenGL graphics technology are discussed. Realistic three-dimensional objects is reproduced by texture mapping technique to have a better rendering.,The quadrilateral mesh optimization integrate algorithm based on cloud data is designed, it not only improves the quality of the generated mesh, but also make the algorithm more stable and reliable, it laid the foundation for surface fitting and texture mapping, and provide a new technology methods for research on reverse engineering...
