In recent years, progress with the development of defense technology, carrier-based optoelectronic devices has become an important naval air defense facilities, level of development of optoelectronic devices shipboard defense technology development as an important symbol.Two-dimensional tracking platform shipboard air defense weapon system as an important part of the carrier tracking platform for target detection, tracking and laser guidance to play its important role. Carrier tracking platform can be used for unmanned aerial vehicles, mortar shells, rockets and small surface ships to detect and track. In addition to shipboard applications, the steady aiming platform can also be installed on a trailer, constitute a ground-based air defense weapon systems to cope with incoming mortar rounds, rockets and fighter planes and more.The project designed a ship-based platform for two-dimensional tracking servo control system. The system is based on DSP TMS320F28335 chip processor core, fully digital control of the limited angle DC torque motor servo control system, the servo control system with torque, no gear box, fast response and high tracking accuracy and reliability, etc.. The system can be used as a weapon platform radar, laser weapons, air defense weapons and other fields.Paper describes in detail the working principle and control method and servo system in the design and the various hardware components of the function. Design and Implementation of a current feedback loop and feedback loop angular rate gyroscope composed of the cascade servo control system.Design a circuit diagram, complete hardware and software system debugging. Using DSP TMS320F28335 internal timer PWM modules and software design of the torque motor PWM control procedures.Concluded in the two-dimensional tracking servo control system design platform, the heart of the experience, but also pointed out that the servo control system design deficiencies, and the servo control system for the future development direction are discussed.
