Graphics Drawn with fractal techniques adopted is elegant and beautiful, with a high artistic value. However, in the field of industrial design, how to find ones meeting the design requirements from the diverse, ever-changing fractal images, and even to dominate drawing and generation of the fractal Graphics according to one's own desire, is awaiting research.IFS(Iterated Function System) is a typical method for construction of fractal images ,and an important branch of fractal theory, with broad application prospects in fractal modeling, natural scenery simulation and image compression. But IFS is a mathematical concept, requiring a high level of mathematics of users. There are many difficulties and problems in IFS Mapping in practice, that it is difficult to reflect the requirements and ideas of designers, and that it needs to input a lot of code when directly drawing fractal images with IFS, meanwhile, that controllability is poor, so it is very inconvenient.Shape grammar, which use shapes with symbol or lable as the basic elements, is a design reasoning method using the grammatical structure to analysis and generate new shapes. Including some shape rules and the initial state of shapes, shape grammar generates new shapes and get the new design results by continuous applying the rule to current shapes or shapes of the initial state. It is determined by shape rules and shapes of the initial state that the generation of shapes in the shape grammar model. The basic design process with the shape grammar application: determine the basic shapeâ†'make sure the spatial relationshipâ†'determine rulesâ†'determine the shape languageâ†'apply it to the design.The advantage of the shape grammar consists in that once the initial states and grammatical rules are set clear, in this context all of the possible design results will be included in the range of "shape language" defined by shape grammar, which is more suitable for computer data structures to achieve. In this paper, using shape grammar for the design of IFS fractal images, this method is geometrically intuitive, with which designers can fully express the thoughts and artistic ideas, and draw out the fractal images reaching the goal. Under the algorithm thought that "the basic geometry structure of fractal images is determined by the polygon fixed points", this paper proposes an improved algorithm for interactive parameter adjustment method, with the introduction of a geometric significance of the parameters. Comparing to the parameters of traditional algorithms, the adjustments in the parameter is a strongly intuitive, in accordance with the design of default rules in advance composition. This paper established the parameters of a geometric model of intuitive sense, which can indirectly control the original parameters in iterated function system and generate new iterative function system, making graphic design in accordance with certain rules controlling the evolution of fractal images.Finally, the interactive design system for fractal images is studied and achieved. Implement the shape grammar interactive design and IFS fractal images generation algorithm in VC++ environment with the Windows program, getting interactive fractal generation software, intended to make the application of this software can easily interact with the input, and the imitation Direct modification of radiation transformation can generate self-similar fractal attractor. Attractor can also be transformed directly to generate fractal customer satisfaction.
