At present,because of the heterogeneity of sensor networks,their means of communication, data storage processing methods and types are different, therefore,each sensor networks are isolated as information islands. They did not exchange information and interoperate.Studing person expect sensor networks can be accessed and can get information through the Internet,to achieve data intercommunicatiom and interoperability.SWE is a new sensor WEB standard. Sensor planning servicesn in the SWE is to achieve request response and task allocationfor for a user or platform,which is the core service in the SWE.Sensor planing services based on the SWE is analysed by studying the behavior of sensor planning service mechanism,characteristics,and established an information model,to design and implement a sensor system planning services system in infrared heterogeneous sensor network.The aim of thid thesis is that through the Internet user can get request response and task allocation. The study mainly focus on doing the following.1) This paper describes the sensor planning services theory based on SWE,including the SWE architecture, the core function of sensor planing services,and feasibility of WEB Service.2) In order to solve the problem of mission planning, the thesis have proposed a task allocation algorithm of sensor planning services based on static task allocation whicih called sensor planning service task allocation algorithm for critical path and techniques and it researched a methods and technique of Sensor planning services registratiom.3) This paper designs a prototype system of sensor planning service, and proposes an open layered architecture of sensor planning services. Three core operating of OGC's SPS, Including GetCapabilitie,DescribTasking,Submit operation is implemented in prototype system. Implementation of the system mainly based on XML data binding technology to achieve accessing XML documents operation,and paper uses the java web services based SOA to achieve its interoperability. Through the internet,general users can get the data from the sensor network and to control the sensor network just with a browser. 4) Finally, through infrared building monitoring wireless sensor network environment, experiments of collecting information and data on the prototype SPS system were carried out. The functions of SPS's prototype system are tested. Experimental results show that the functiom implemented in SPS's prototype system could complet the core operation of task allocation.
