With the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, every enterprise has treated the performance assessment as the important factor on human resources management. At present, although many enterprises have established a relatively complete KPI management system, all the work on assessment, such as the data collecting and calculating are accomplished by manual or paper, which is inconvenient on the data inquiry and statistics. In order to adapt to the enterprise informationization, after researching the KPI architecture, this thesis has designed the KPI performance assessment subsystem that base on the enterprise architecture system.According to the enterprise architecture system, this thesis proposes a special design of the KPI performance assessment subsystem based on the project requirement and the current status of the enterprise. The subsystem associates with the assessment data by the authority configuration and integrates the information data. In the same time, it analyses the assessment data and result, then provides the statistics reports. All make the assessment more efficiency, accurately and automatically. By the technology of software engineering and UML, the subsystem is divided into several modules. Using J2EE platform, according to B/S structure, the KPI management subsystem is developed by JAVA language with PostgreSql database and Tomcat server. The application of subsystem can improve the HR management informationization and the competitiveness.
