With the diversification and individuation of web service, Service Selection Gateway (SSG) has emerged. When the visit count is leaping and computing process is being more complex, it is a challenge for the research in this paper to assure the Quality of Service (QoS) and to upgrade user experience.In order to support cluster of servers in SSG, the policy of load balancing is studied according to the function of SSG in this paper. A dynamic feedbacking system and a calculating method of server's payload-weight with multi-state being considered are designed, and based on these, a service-based load-balancing algorithm with dynamic feedbacking is presented. With analyzing of the system architecture of SSG,the implementation of load-balancing module is presented, and key parts in the module are also described in this paper. Finally, simulation has been done and comparison to classical algorithm is given to demonstrate that the load is distributed more evenly, and the QoS is improved better by using the algorithm presented in this paper. The design of load-balancing in SSG is proved to be advanced and of practical value in terms of implementation methods and integrative utility. |
