This paper derives from a special project requirement of a aircraft TT&C system, and the Research purposes of this paper is how to transmit wideband information reliably, especially in aircraft TT&C channels with low elevation angle.A new method based on the technology of OFDM, which can realize the wideband communication of the aircraft TT&C system in multipath channel, is proposed in this paper. What's more, deep researches and experiments are made to this technology.First of all, the characteristics of the aircraft TT&C channels are discussed, and the modeling and simulation are made; and then the affect caused by the multipath fading channels is also proposed and solutions are put forward. Secondly, the fundamental principle of OFDM system is introduced, and an intensive theoretic study on peak-to-average problem, synchronization and channel estimation issues is made. In the end, a practical MODEM scheme based on the technology of OFDM is designed, and then, the scheme is implemented and tested based on hardware.The results indicated that by using the technology of OFDM and the method studied in this paper, the influence deduced by multipath is eliminated, when the system worked in bad transmission environment, and it's an effective means to realize the wideband communication of the aircraft TT&C system in multipath channels.
