Design And Implementation Of Tax Law Enforcement Responsibility Assessment System

Relying on information technology, the implementation of tax law enforcement responsibility system is the demand of social development and is to ensure the favorable protection of the state revenue. The tax law enforcement is on the standardization and electronic road, this has been solved the current inefficient manual assessment work, heavy workload and other issues, while significantly reducing labor costs and saving money.This paper studies the popular Web development technologies, and introduces J2EE and MVC design patterns and describes the architecture and working principle of Struts. This paper analyses the business needs in detail and performance requirements of the tax law enforcement responsibility, and identifies the main functional modules including daily monitoring, law enforcement assessment, fault defense, accountability, law enforcement notification, statistical queries and system maintenance. The system UML model and the use case description are given in this paper according to requirements analysis and design, and the system function screen and test results are given accordingly the detailed design and database design.The test of system having been run, it shows that the tax enforcement responsibility based on Struts framework is feasible and effective and has completed the design requirements.
