| IP Communication Quality of Service has been the focus of research, a lot of research work has focused on the distribution of network resource. With the continuous expansion of business clients, the funcion of the end to end communications resource allocations for service quality increases.This article extensively discussed the QoS control models, in-depth study the existing packet scheduling algorithms and queue management mechanism, systematically analyzed the Instlink client characteristics of the multimedia communication services and unified transport platform, then proposed the bandwidth-based resource allocation strategy and implementation scheme. By the program through tiwce resources division, the strategy provided effective mangement of resource for the Instlink client which can support multi-user and multi-client implementation services, achieved the purpose of improving the user experience. |
