Oil field automation system is moving toward the development of the distributed, intelligent real-time control aspects with the gradual deepening of Digital Oilfield Construction of China Petroleum. In this paper, starting the actual needs of Pumping Well Dynamometer intelligent diagnosis of ZHUNDONG Production Plant of XINJIANG Oilfield Company, Fuzzy Pattern Recognition technology as the guide, describes the diagnosis of pumping oil platform design process, and discussed in detail in the implementation process of the relevant technologies and methods based on the analysis of database technology, UML modeling techniques and software development technology. This system consists of four sub-systems:1. Single-well Diagnostic System. It is able to achieve single-well diagram showing the history of diagnosis or real-time indicator diagram diagnostics; 2. Diagnostic Program Management System. It includes Schedule of Diagnosis, and generated reports of diagnostic results, according to the plan the same day; 3. Diagnostic logging Inquiry System. It allows the maintenance duty officers query and print the date of diagnosis of logging wells; 4. Standard library Maintenance System. It is mainly to achieve diagnostic center database management and maintenance functions.At first,Article is demonstrating UML2.0 based Object-oriented software systems and Oracle database system development and design and development process with used Power Designer as an analytical modeling tool.The second, the paper proposed pumping well dynamometer eigenvalue algorithm and fuzzy pattern recognition algorithm. At the same time citing the actual production, citing real-time communication with the RTU and production of oil wells on-site automated database to communicate the core program algorithm, and its basic principles were explained. Finally, article describes the system unit testing, functional testing and performance testing of the main content. Test results basically reached the design expectations. Development Platform using the popular Visual C++2005, based on C/S model building, with the system response speed advantage by taking into account the characteristics of the system non-functional requirements,at Realized in the system.
