Receiving Digital Beamforming is an important part in the array signal processing and has a great influence in the subsequent data processing. In this paper, the array signal is preprocessed in a particular project. First, the requirements of this system are proposed. According to them, the signal processing algorithms are simulated with the use of matlab software. Then device type selection and hardware design are completed. At the same time, some key signal is simulated on PCB and modified according to the simulation results. Finally, program debugging and data transmission are implemented in the array signal preprocessing board.The processing flow of array signal preprocessing board is described as follows. First, the array signal preprocessing board samples IF signal and implements digital down conversion by the polyphase filter framework. Secondly, the response of each channel is equalized based on actual data. Meanwhile beams are formed in several fixed directions. Finally, the beamforming data is sent to the general signal processing board for further processing through the optical fiber module.
