Research And Realization Of Work Flow Configurable Models For SaaS

SaaS model is to provide services to several tenants sharing the same code instances of but choosing their interfaces, fields, work flow, etc. according to their own actual needs. One of the research focuses on SaaS at present lies in how to realize the configuration of the service process of the tenants'own side through a configurable engine without the change of the existed code instances.Based on the analysis of existing SaaS customization technology and web composition technologies, this thesis proposes a new configurable flow model---CBCMS, applies it to the configuration of engines, and expounds in detail the components and configuration process of this model. This thesis also raises an approach to process the heterogeneous data, and in the end introduces the general construction of the system and the research and realization of related core technologies.The theoretical and practical contributions of the author are summarized as follows:1) Analysis and research of existing configurable work flow and web composition technologies:2) Proposal of CBCMS(Component-based Configurable Models);3) Introduction of application of Web service assembly technology in configurable work flow;4) Analysis of the heterogeneous data processing method;5) Realization of programming of the configurable flow engine and analysis of the experimental resultsThe main innovation of this thesis is as follows:1) Proposal of the Component-based configurable models and a clear division between serviceand configurable rules, between relevance and constraints, so that services can be separated from the customized logic;2) Proposal of ncapsulating heterogeneous data transformation services in the relevance logic,and conversion algorithm to ensure the accuracy of the data stream and to avoid problm arising from heterogeneous data transformation between services.Experimental results show that the CBCMS SaaS solution proposed in this thesis is feasible and practical.
