"Internet of Things"(IOT) is an important breakthrough of the information technology in the new century. It is known as the third wave of the information industry, following the personal computer and Internet. Since first proposed in 1999, related theoretical study of IOT has developed rapidly in the recent 10 years. Radio frequency identification (RFID) is a well-developed wireless data collection technology, which is widely used, especially in logistics, warehousing management, and supply chain management in manufacturing industry. RFID technology has broad application prospects. However, when collecting the data under the background of IOT, RFID technology is facing many problems, such as tag collision problems, security and privacy problems, energy problems etc., these challenges will undoubtedly technically hampered the rapid development of IOT.The article first analyzed the architecture and technical characteristics of IOT, and based on depth research of the key technologies of IOT and perception layer of things as the starting point, focused on IOT-based RFID technology, and proposed a new anti-collision algorithm and a new security authentication algorithm, which finally were proved feasible.Firstly, the article analyze the background, significance, basic concept and system structure of IOT, against the existing structure of fuzzy classification IOT, proposed the three-tier (such as perception layer, network layer, and application layer) model structure and key technologies (such as RFID, Zigbee, LTE, cloud computing) of IOT from industrial perspective.Secondly, after do the depth research of characteristics of the traditional garment industry, according to its development requirements, the article designed an IOT model which applied to garment industry. And then the article maked a brief study of the key technologies (especially RFID) under the IOT environment.Thirdly, the article did researchs on IOT-based RFID anti-collision problems. Research and analysis shows that the exsiting tree binary anti-collision algorithm can not meet the requirement of mass tags and mass data processing applications. For the challenge, the article proposed a new return binary anti-collision algorithm which can be applied to IOT properly. Simulation results showed that the proposed algorithm had an better perform in time efficiency and the number of search, especially mass number of tags were required.Fourthly, the article explored the another challenge RFID faced in the environment of IOT——Privacy and Security issues. And then we analyze and compare several typical RFID security authentication protocols, such as Hash-Lock protocol, Hash-chain protocol, randomized Hash-Lock protocol, distributed queries-response protocol, hash-based ID changed protocol and T2MAP protocol. However, some of these protocols can not meet the security needs and some's complexity is high, which could not meet the requirements of IOT.To these problems, we proposed a new lightweight RFID security authentication protocol which can be applied to IOT applications. The proposed protocol was proved to resist several kinds of attacks, including retransmission, tracking, blocking, tampering and internal attacks which based on low-cost tags. Meanwhile the key update mechanism was introduced. So the protocol had high security and practicality. Finally, we use microcontroller to build a RFID hardware and software system and programmed anti-collision algorithms and secure authentication protocol on the host machine, at last, an example was introduced to verify that the new algorithem and the new protocol was feasible. This paper studied IOT-based RFID technology. The research on the key technologies was useful, aslo, it is valueable for the development of IOT.
