With the wide application of virtualization technology, there is growing concern about the management of virtualized servers and highly availability of deploying applications in a virtual machine. The centralized and unified management of virtualization management center of B/S framework based on KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine) virtualization servers, then through the Red Hat Cluster Suite to structure HA Clusters to achieve virtual machine to the virtual machine live migration. This essay mainly emphasize on the design and implementation of the high availability Virtualization Management Center. Firstly, through the system requirement analysis, to clarify the function requirement of virtual storage, virtualization server, cluster, and virtual machines etc. Then, to design the overall system into three layers - front page layer, middle scheduling layer and server implementation layer, which could help to implement the design and optimization of database architecture in middle scheduling layer; to realize design and implementation of virtual objects function module including to create storage pool, host join-in, cluster log-off and high- availability cluster's configuration file updating and virtual machine functioning. Finally, to structure virtualization management center in three virtualization servers. According to the recent testing reports, Virtualization Management Center could satisfy the request of unifying management of virtualized servers and realizing high availability at meanwhile.
