As a cross-cutting young social science, the subject of Communication is confronting identity crisis of legitimacy due to its own internal logic and core grammar not been established. As a conceptual tool to perspective and guide the theory evolution in scientific philosophy, paradigm can play a significant role in the process of analyzing and building theory system of Communication. This paper attempts to break through fragmented, static exploration in theoretical framework and core grammar of Communication, aiming to rebuild a structured, systematic and dynamic Communication macro-theoretical system under a horizon of new paradigm epistemological in Communication. Currently, the understanding of the concept of paradigm is ambiguity rather than unity, and there is also a wide variety of judgments in the status and trends of paradigm. To solve these problems, the key is to establish a new paradigm of epistemology. By its guide, this article constructs a new paradigm-the core paradigm of Communication discipline adapting to the subject's developmental need. The article clearly defines its concept, demonstrates its legitimacy, and analyzes its historical evolution path. In the deep-integration phase of the core Communication paradigm contemporary, this paper tries to construct an ideal-type of core paradigm with revolutionary potential:Human and interest-centered paradigm, on the basis of Habermas's interest theory, this paradigm meets the communicational needs of humanistic discipline, and can be used to construct theoretical system of Communication.
