The Analysis And Design Of IC Financial Services Platform

"IC Card Financial Services Platform" is a project that we cooperate with centralized purchasing center of Jining Municipal government. It is a major improvement in applications of financial services and IC card system, a perfect combination and attempt in discover of electronic construction of financial services and centralized government procurement.This project is a part of the "Sunshine Project" in which Jining Agricultural Bank of China cooperates with Jining purchasing center. It is a financial trading platform that Agricultural Bank of China developed, to provide municipal government with financial support and services.Through the connections with the government's procurement system, it provide a service platform for financial support of the government's electronic information construction, to achieve the informationization and intelligentization of procurement.Internally, through the TULIP platform of ABC for background processing of bank accounts, it can achieve consistence and synchronization of IC card account processing and bank account processing. In the mean while, provide an open mode access for the technical support for ABC and other cooperation units.In this paper, we use object-oriented analysis and design theory, the Unified Modeling Language and the J2EE technology platform architecture to do needs analysis and system design. Analyze and design a series of functions of the IC card management, account management, statistic, consumer management, business management, project access, etc.IC management mainly introduced the application of the card, cancel the card, open the card, report-loss, open the card batch of a company and so on;financial management deals with the of account of consumption details, through this function, cardholder's expenditure will credite into the unit account automatically, and it can also check the accounts,generate or export the entry files of backstage batch data; Statistical analysis mainly statistics, querying and print-out the business reports, supplying for detailed data analysis of IC management. commercial tenant management ma mainly involves the consumption units management which Participate in the project and the configure management of correlation commercial tenant;Project access function can proceed the management of new business development,by this function handling,it can only to implete the operation of new business.This system lasts as long as one year from define the project to be in run,and it basically satisfied the current business development.Besides,the system makes a adaptive reform for the expanded application of new business,then we plan to repossess original medicare system to this platform with unified arrangement,and complete all types of business involved IC by this platform.
