Using the collision of relativistic laser and electron beam to study the nonlinear Compton scattering is the interdisciplinary frontier of particle physics and strong laser physics. This study can help us to understand the classical and quantum physics theory in the condition of ultra-intense laser beam, and contribute to scientific research of strong field physics. In this thesis, we discuss the interaction between laser and electron in detail. The first part of the thesis summarizes results of previous studies, the detailed account of the development of laser theory, the free fermion Dirac equation and plane wave field in the Dirac equation. Then we derive the single-photon and free electron Quantum of Compton scattering, taking into account the different photon polarization and non-polarized incident light, the resulting differential scattering cross section and the calculation of polarization are presented. The latter part of the thesis gives details the results of our own research, We calculate the scattering cross section of the polarized relativistic electrons and circularly polarized laser multi-photon. Previously the interaction was studied, without considering the electron spin, and the non-relativistic electron is non-polarized in the static system. In this thesis,we consider the polarized relativistic electrons and circularly polarized multi-photon scattering process, and educe some new results.
