With the rapid development of the Internet and logarithmic increase of netizens, the Internet has exerted more and more impact on domestic social life in China. Internet has consisted of a major part of daily life of Chinese netizens. The network violence, the unique network phenomenon which has emerged since 2006, has drawn attentions.Of one accord, people criticize the behavior of using human-powered search engine to publicize the privacy of the person in question without permission in network violence. Further, browsers and their responses towards network violence play a significant role in generation and evolution of network violence.According to the present surveys which have been done in this area, network violence, human-powered search, as well as browsers and their responses are complicated phenomena, whose orientation can be towards either good or evil. The evil of the network has already been concerned greatly, however, the good has yet been far away from being well exploited and applauded.In this article, the positive side of human-powered search has been investigated, and distinction has been made between the negative and positive browsers and their responses in their forms and consequences, so that adequate and constructive attentions could be attracted for healthy development of network behavior.
