According to the Ministry of Agriculture survey,there is a disconnect Service in the Agricultural Price.As the information accept's terminal,they can't access these information through many ways,that Agricultural Price can't play effectively effect.For the low level of rural culture,people use computer lessly,even they have no computer experience,so information services is still relatively weak.How to rely on information services to bring practical effective for them is the starting point of this article.In this paper,first,we propose a temporal Customization model:(1)The basic Customized conditions: Product, Supply and Demand, Customizable time, Area, Price range--- have the same physical properties;(2)Configuration templates: It's service is responsible for providing information by send the search engines to users based on user conditions for customized requests;(3)Pull Data:Users get the source initiativly from the Department by search engine.(4)Display Style:It display the user's result by a graphical interface,through this users can operation their result again,including to view historical records,search multi-tasks,filter and sort the results by keyword.The System is divided into two major parts:one is front functions,including to customize information,unsubscribe information and view results;another is admin functions:including to audit information content,audit information services,maintain data sources,manage configuration file and message functions.
