With the continuous development of information technology, the research of key management for public key system has been become one of the hotspots of information security. Public key cryptosystem allows users to deliver public key in an insecure cyberspace, such property brings great convenience to key distribution, but does not solve the core issue of key management. Key management mainly requests high security and standardization in the process of key generation, allocation, revocation and distribution. Now, in the key management and authentication, it basically forms three technical systems, which are PKI, IBE and CPK. Although the system has been used and developed, but they are also based on traditional public key cryptography. With the development of computer, these keys must be get more bites to increase the security, However, the more bites of key will affect the efficiency of the signature and verification, In particular, as the rapid development of quantum computers, the traditional public key systems will not be safe. MPKC (Multivariate Public Key Cryptosystems) is a new post-quantum cryptography, It can not only withstand the attack of quantum computers, but also has a natural advantage against energy attacks. The purpose of this paper is to research and implement secure and robust key management architecture for MPKC using the existing key management specifications, and make an effort to standardize the key management for MPKC.In this paper, the main research work including:(1) Implementing the verification of algorithms and analyze its security of Rainbow and analyzing its security.(2) Proposing a MPKC XML-based signature scheme, which is based on W3C standards.(3) Proposing MPKC XML-based key management architecture to achieve secure and robust key generation, allocation, revocation and distribution.(4) Achieving MPKC XML-based key management center system by combining mainstream B/S structure, and making a brief analysis of the efficiency of MPKC XML-based signature and key generation.
