Embedded GUI (Graphical User Interface)is an important component of the embedded real-time operating system , for some terminal devices of high-en embedded,design embedded human-computer interaction interface with embedded GUI can be sufficent to improve system efficiency,saving system cost,makes the information of human-computer interaction more intuitive,makes the products of embedded uer-friendly.First of all,the paper defined the purpose and significance of the research,described the concepts and features of embedded system and graphical user interface,analysised the status and development prospects of embedded GUI.Then,described the overall design of embedded GUI in detail,introduced the embedded hardware platform mini2440 which based on S3C2440 as well as the embedded software platform which based on Linux operating system,completeded the building and configuration of the development environment of embedded Linux system successfully.The paper transplanted the embedded operating system Linux to mini2440 according to the characteristics of embedded hardware and the overall design requirements of embedded GUI,choosed Supervivi as the bootloader of embedded hardware platform mini2440 and transplanted the Supervivi to mini2440;realized configuration,compilation and transplantation of Linux kernel with the features of Linux-2.6.29 and overall design requirements of embedded GUI;completed the the production and transplantation of YAFFS2 file system ae well as the transplantation of the drivers of LCD, touch screen and NIC.Selected Qt/Embedded4.5 as the developent tools of the embedded graphical user interface after cmparison and analysis of embedded GUI,built on the graphical user interface development environment in Windows platform and Linux platform repectively,completed the transplantation of Qt/E4.5 on mini2440.Finally,analysisde the rull of the mobile phones GUI design.combined with the new features of Qt/E4.5,developed applications of GUI for mobile phones.after cross-compiling and transplantation realized embedded human-computer interaction which based on ARM by touch-screen and LCD which integrated on mini2440.
