It is provided with great significance for the safety of China's coal mines that to achieve the anemometer test automation with coal mine and improve the detection accuracy. Over the past 10 years, for the anemometer detection from the manual visual inspection to the use of photoelectric detection; part of the environmental parameters collected from the SCM information and control; then by a computer software system to complete the wind speed detection-related settings, speed regulation, collecting information on report printing and other semi-automatic detection, it can be said for the detection of anemometer has been significant progress.However, based on the requirements of the mining anemometer Verification Regulation of JJG (coal) 01-96 and Mine anemometer MT380-1995 standards, the detection systems are developed there have some big imperfection , such as larger test errors, the certificate is not fully in accordance with verification procedures and so on.This article based on optical sensing of automatic anemometer verification and data acquisition systems is entirely in accordance with the verification procedures and test standards to develop. Measurements in the environmental parameters, the using of sensors for data acquisition, designed some conditioning circuits for the temperature sensor, the micro-differential pressure sensor and the pressure sensor, meantime on collection of wind speed, designed the photoelectric sensor which based on infrared and last gives the details designed process of condition circuit.In this paper, using Thailand PCI8333 data acquisition card for all environmental parameters and the electro-optical counting of anemometer is collected, to give host computer, the conversion accuracy of capture card can reach 0.00024, and it is well to meet the accuracy requirements gathering. Host computer system software uses the King View and it designed the main control system testing and monitoring interfaces. For the anemometer that the collection of information and the original records information as well as the conclusions of anemometer test, it developed the back-end database software system which based on client/server model for storing and operating the above information. To improve the information security, the software system adopts a multi-user authentication login. In the back-end database software system, for the anemometer test conclusions, it can draw the anemometer performance test curve and meantime the certification conclusions use PDF format printouts that are not easy to change and improve the safety of the conclusions of the test.The vehicle terminal realizes automatic station report and keeps communication with monitoring center in real time. It can respond to the commands, report the vehicle state and location information. The design can reduce driver's operation, make more convenient for passengers and improve the bus service system.
