In recent years, Satellite network have a complex structure, highly dynamic, resources limited and other characteristics. In order to ensure network normal and efficient operation , we carry out a study of satellite network management system robustness and survivability.The in-depth analysis of network management system robustness and survivability study, and proposed network management system robustness and survivability strategy, and established network management system robustness and survivability measure. It has a great significance to the satellite network active management.Satellite network management system robustness and survivability strategy is to put forward multi-layer dynamic satellite network architecture and satellite network reconfiguration program based on dual backup circuitous routing strategy. The former considered the failure or the normal management of the ground station separately, In the normal mode, the dynamic registration and cancellation of the management domain method to form a multi-layer dynamic architecture. In the abnormal mode, based time slot division of the management domain method to form the multi-tiered distributed dynamic management system, a GEO as a management star and a MEO as two management stars. In the proposed network management system, Based on dual backup circuitous routing strategy, carried out a detailed design for the satellite network reconfiguration. The reconstruction of Ground Station is to adopt station and the main link backup methods.Restructure within main management are based on the different trigger factors adopt a different reconstruction methods. For network reconfiguration triggered by network failure using the backup starts, node failure reconstruction and link failure reconstruction method. The failure of application node and relay node will take a different reconstruction methods.Satellite network management system robustness and survivability measure is based on satellite network topology, the instant stability of the satellite showing as an time units. Study start at the topology and communication two aspects. In the respective the number of communication path between nodes pairs in the topology , nodes robustness and survivability measure, and measure dispersion to give consideration, to got the topology robustness and survivability measure algorithm. In the communications ,we will study from non backup capacity satellite network and has a recovery strategy analysis two cases. And respectively given their network management system robustness and survivability measure algorithm.Finally, simulate implement,satellite network management system robustness and survivability strategy and measure. Simulation results show that the satellite network management system robustness and survivability measure verify the correctness of its strategy . Illustrate the implementation of this strategy able to improve the network management system robustness and survivability in some extent.
