As the Public Internet opinion has had much more effect on society and people's life, the intervention of public network opinion on judicial activities has become an unavoidable issue.On one hand ,Internet Opinion has some contribution on juridicial territory for all to see,like expose corruption in the judiciary ,advocate the rule of law ,promote judicial reform and so on;on the other hand,the negative impact caused by the public trial of judicial activities is increasingly obvious.As a consiquence,it has become an new common issue of the Internet media , the judiciary and the theoretical circles on how to make the network opinion has a better interaction with judicial activities and how to build up a balance between the two mechanisms.In this paper ,I will focus on how to build up a good mechanism between the Public Internet Opinion and the Judiciary ,analyse the relationship between the two things and the confict with the inner and surface reasons for it by the approach of combinate theory and practice.With the aim of trying to find the best solution to avoid the confict ,so that both can give full play of their intrinsic value,and become a powerful weapon for the building of democracy and the rule of law.The first chapter will talk about the concept , characteristics and the social value of Internet Public Opinion and the Judiciary,and analysise the Theoretical basis of Network supervision of public opinion and justice;The second chapter will explaine the confict and its reasons with the method of combining analysis ,empiricical analysis and dialectical analysis .The third chapter mainly focus on improving the interaction between the network supervision of public opinion and the Justice system ,so that the two change from the opposition to harmonious.
