With the development of Petri nets, its basic theoretical researches (such as S-invariants and T-invariants, reachability tree, reachability Graph, liveness analysis, etc.) have been well known to the people. The basic research gradually fainted. At present, Petri nets researches are more focus on some practical applications, therefore, a number of extended Petri net models which base on different practical applications have been proposed, which also light the requirement which is used to modeling and analyzing.A new concept of Object-Oriented fuzzy Petri net (OOFPN) has been proposed in this paper which combines the theories of Object-Oriented Petri net with fuzzy method. The whole article focuses on OOFPN, it centers on the introduction and modeling methods of OOFPN. Then a computer cluster load balancing system is built for the research of modeling based on OOFPN. At the end of this test, a simulation and dynamic performance analysis tool system support for OOFPN also be compiled. Through the instant, the related theories of object-oriented fuzzy Petri net have been well demonstrated.The main works we studied and results as follows:1. Some extended Petri net models, including Time Petri net, stochastic Petri net, Object-Oriented Petri net, Fuzzy Petri net and their connections, have been studied, which will becoming the fundamental for the new concept of Object-Oriented Fuzzy Petri net.2. Deeply discussed the computer cluster and its load balancing problem. And then several algorithms of the current strategy have been modeling and analysis by Petri nets.3. The definition of Super Place and Object-Oriented Fuzzy Petri net has been made. Then we use the OOFPN to model and analysis the computer cluster load balancing system4. A platform which can apply to simulating and analyzing of OOFPN has been developed.
