With the development of the embedded technology, the DSP and Arm are not enough for the design of the embedded program. Nios CPU made in Altera company gradually become one of the common tools in embedded technology. The development of Nios CPU is accorded with the developing of the industry, that is hardware design with software. Nios CPU is one of the representatives of SOPC technology. As the principal means of the data transfer , USB and Ethernet transmission are increasingly being applied by all. The contest of the thesis is : Embedded USB and Ethernet interface design based on the SOPC technical.All the tasks of USB are consisted of overall module of USB including ISP1362 Controller and top-level circuit entire, embedded USB firmwork program and test of USB.Ethernet design Based on the analysis of principles of core in embedded RTOS uC/OS-II,its functions of task management ,task scheduling, time management,interrupt processing,memory management and communication mechanism and some others are implemented in SOPC system.It operates normally through testing. Based on in-depth research of TCP/IP protocol and the characteristics of embedded system,embedded TCP/IP protocol stack LWIP is simplified reasonably and implemented in uC/OS-II.IP,ARP,ICMP and TCP communication protocol are implemented successfully.At last,data are transmitted by embedded socket program.Data transmission of USB and Ethernet Interface have commonly been taken to every walk of life in modern society.The thesis can be regarded as a novel way to solve the problem of embedded data transmission.
