The requirements of the free communication stimulate the research of the mobile communication system, the fourth generation broadband mobile communication systems that combines many, functions have been put on the agenda when the third generation mobile communication systems are still in the ascendant of the occasion. There are two serious challenges in the broadband wireless communication Systems: First, the severe intersymbol interference (ISI) caused by wireless channel multi-path effects, second is the limited spectrum resources. The orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) technology can effectively overcome ISI, and Multiple-Input Multiple-Output(MIMO) technology can improve the system capacity, so they are regarded as the two key technologies of 4G, In addition, the system spectral efficiency can be effectively improved when the resources are adaptive allocated in the MIMO-OFDM system. The future mobile communication systems must meet the user's QoS requirements as well as to support a variety of business transfers, so in this paper, we research adaptive radio resource allocation algorithm for multi-service multi-user MIMO-OFDM system, the main contents are as follows:1) First, we study the single-service multi-user OFDM system which adopts the beamforming, and proposed a resource allocation algorithm which based on TGPS scheduling. The simulation results show that the algorithm has the following advantages:from the equity point of view, the algorithm meets the user's QoS requirements by scheduling, so that it ensures the fairness of the user; from the system capacity of view, the algorithm increases the system's capacity by allocating the sub-carrier to the user that has largest rate; from the complexity of view, the algorithm complexity is reduced by using partial space subchannel.2) At last, we study multi-service MIMO-OFDM systems, and proposed a resource allocation algorithm. The algorithm meets the different business types of the user's latency requirements, and overcomes the shortcomings that the low-priority users can't get service in a certain period of time while improving system's capacity at the same time, in a word, the algorithm ensures the fairness of the business.
