This paper mainly based on the principle of infrared absorption CO2 gas concentration detection system. Then introduced based on the infrared absorption of CO2 concentration in the basic principles of instrument design and the basic structure of the sensor composition, analysis of the actual impact of the measurement process and the Elimination.And details of the system hardware and software design.The hardware circuit design using high-speed, low power microprocessor ATmega128 as the controlling core of the external circuit by extending the basic completion of the system measurements. Modular design in software program designed to enhance the readability and portability system.After repeated experiments and data analysis to prove the feasibility of the system design.The analyzer also has high accuracy, good stability, fast response, small size and other characteristics of high application value.
