At present,the research of Fabric sensors has achieved many research productions,which main in the military, outdoor sports, medical fields and so on.And the electronic components or metal fibers make-up of the structure of fabric.because of the electronic components and metal fibers affect body comfortableness and Fashion Aesthetic, more researcher attach importance to flexible fabric sensors, gradually.Organic composite conductive fiber is one of the most applied promising of conductive fibers, so further research and development is necessary.however, few studies is about the conductive fibers which is Suitable for smart textiles, and the smart textiles using of Flexible conductive fibers are still in the negative initial stage, while there are still deficiencies in some aspects,such as the fabric sensor materials conductive properties of fibers is not adequate, not temperature, relative humidity and other environmental factors impact on the conductivity, as well as washing of raw materials in varying degrees, the conductivity changes, the sensor repetitive stretching and relaxation of sexual issues。In view of problems, paper selected the coated carbon fiber (Coated Carbon Fibres, CCFS) as study subjects, The main contents are as follows:through analyzing the photo of SEM and the relationship of the normal resistance of CCFS with length, and resistance value of the , verify CCFS in the subject of the feasibility;analysis the influence of temperature,humidity,and the degree of washing with Conductivity and the reasons; combining of the number of filaments and the twist ,the relative resistance to experimental analysis gives the best structural parameters; according to the best structural parameters, we analyze the relaxation,the strain relaxation and stability.Finishing the above experiment, we obtain the following conclusions:1. Normal CCFS experimental model of the resistance is R= 3.5309L/F, and the theoretical value of resistance is Rn=3.6279L/F, with contrasting and SEM electron microscope analysis, verification CCFS suitable for the conductive fiber sensors.2. As increasesing of the strain rate, the resistance change showed two stages :0-6mm (0% -12%),resistance changes in stable;6-15mm (12% -30%) ,the resistance increases the magnitude of changes. The more number of filaments, the better the conductivity; the same number of filaments, twisting will promote conductive.3. By changing the environment temperature and humidity: temperature and humidity increases, the value of resistance decrease, we obtain the mean temperature coefficient of resistanceα0 is -4.6×10-3/℃. Increasing of relative humidity promote the conductivity. relative humidity has larger influence of the electrical conductivity .4. After 10 times washing, it was concluded that: The former five times washing resistance change smally, after 5 times washing, the resistance increases the magnitude of changes, through the analysis of SEM's photos, the phenomenon of the coating off the surface is serious,even.5. Sensitivity Analysis: As the increases of the strain rate, theSensitivity degradation, during the 0-6mm (0%-12%) of stretching, F6s150, F12s150 have good linearity and sensitivity; during the 0-15mm (0%-30%) of stretching, 12F of the CCFS also have good linearity and sensitivity, the best structural parameters F12s150, the value of sensitivity is 19.968.6.12F' repeatability and relaxation tests show that : during the0-6mm (0%-12%) repeated stretching, there is small change in the value of drift, repeatability is better, relaxation is not good;during the6-15mm(12%-30%) repeated stretching ,the value of drift change unsteadily,and the phenomenon of laxation is serious.This paper studies the factors of affecting CCFS' conductivity and Sensitivity, put forward the best CCFS' structure parameter, analyse the samples which is with the best structure parameter stability of Conductivity and Sensitivity.this paper will advance the theoretical basis about follow-up research and development of fabric sensors.
