The quality of the projectile is one important indicator for safety.If there are continuity flaws of metallic projectile,it is possible that the projectile cause security incident in the process of production and using. At present, the magnetic particle flaw detection is one of the more effective methods.Utilize digital image processing can effectively improve the security,enhance the detection level,accuracy and efficiency.This paper discussed the development of image enhancement theory, described a variety of ways to enhance the image, focusing on image enhancement based on wavelet transform method.And based on the partition-based wavelet domain image denoising propose a new method for wavelet domain image denoising.The effectiveness of the partition-based approach on non-stationary signals combined with wavelet coefficients' directional characteristics yields an effective structure adaptive thresholding.Experimental simulations show the more effective results in comparisons with general wavelet denoising techniques.
