Currently, colleges and students access to information on the school although there are a variety of ways, but get less efficient, a lot of information still needs manual query, and the school of information between the various departmental systems independent of each other, sharing Difference. School teachers and students for quick and timely access to campus information, speed up the school, academic information flow, and the conditions in the absence of the Internet to find information, publishing information, and other urgent needs, based on this demand, Kaifeng City, Mobile Henan University joint university was proposed based on SMS mobile messaging system.Based on the mobile CMPP3.0 protocols, design and implementation of a mobile SP, ISMG mobile messaging to communicate with the university system, the system with mobile messaging gateway uplink and downlink communication, the form of a text message the school administration, to some extent, the process of promoting the University Digital. In this paper, as follows:(1) proposed and implemented an SMS-based mobile information systems university model, which includes messaging systems and Web applications. SMS text messaging system to receive and send text messages with two threads, the thread always listens to receive text messages sent over the information from the gateway, the gateway of the SMS read down there is a local database; send SMS thread intermittent scanning the local database to see if there need to send a short message, when there is need to send a short message, the thread is removed the data sent to the gateway, the gateway to forward the message to the Message Center, which is sent to the end mobile phone users. Web application system with text messaging, user management, student management, teacher management, library management, test management, system management, card management and common business management.(2) Improvement of the BMH algorithm, the system uses an improved algorithm for filtering suspicious BMH short message, to ensure that harmful messages are timely detection and interception, minimizing the problems caused by the adverse social impact of SMS.(3) Ajax and jQuery and other related technology research, the system uses related technologies such as Ajax and jQuery JavaScript scripts simplify the operation, to achieve a partial page refresh.(4) Sliding window algorithm in the queue mechanism introduced, system uses the sliding window algorithm to solve the channel congestion problems when the large number of missing messages.The system has been used in the Henan University, systems has been stable, good performance, are recognized using the unit to achieve the desired effect, with a strong and representative acknowledged.
