Information modeling simulation platform is mainly for the policy makers and planners in e-government building links, in order to defines and describes the system conveniently and intuitively and do preliminary discussions to the scheme of system. Meanwhile, through the dynamic simulation environment, it can provide users with a reasonable decision scheme so as to avoid risk effectively, use investment reasonably, design structure scientifically and achieve goals accurately. In the simulation platform, the simulation show is one of the most important modules of the whole platform; it provides the communication with user and platform. How can respond to user the queries of users quickly, and show the information needed quickly is need to concern. Simulation platform is now inquiring and loading in directly way, but because of the large amounts of data, the delay problem appeared, causing the subsequent loading failure, and at last causing the phenomenon of jammed (black screen) in the whole show.Based on the background of the simulation platform, this paper has analyzed the reason of the above problems and the process of business modeling and simulation, then has proposed streaming data processing strategy of sliding window. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) Based on the study of the role and characteristics of the sliding window model of data stream processing techniques, and based on the characteristics of traffic flow in the simulation platform, this paper has proposed the level of the sliding window model and its dynamic adjustment strategy which is Suitable for simulation platform; (2) Based on the model of the levels sliding window, this paper has designed the structures of index query tree, queue and snapshots storage. Then, based on the structures, this paper has proposed the generate and maintenance strategy to support system rapid query; (3) With the above model and structure as the foundation, this paper has gave the flow data query algorithm and analyzed the performance of the algorithm.Finally, this article has applied the data flow strategies based on sliding window to the simulation platform, and has given the results of the business examples show. Through the comparing and analyzing to the present data query method, it has showed that this strategy can reduce the data query time effectively.
