Magnetic Controlled Shape Memory Alloy is a kind of new-style functional material. Compared with other common material, it has advantage of larger form variables, faster response frequency, etc. It is perfect materials to produce Self-sensing Actuators.Self_sensing Actuators have two kind of integrated form of structure integration and function integration. Functional integration is result of the new functional materials in engineering practice application. Compared with integrated structure, functional integration is more applicable to all kinds of to control device volume that has the strict request occasion, because of small size of significant advantage Self-Sensing Actuator is connected with control circuit through sensor signal and execution signal. In these trials, when Self-sensing Actuator is impacted, induction coils will produce a voltage signal that sustains 1 milliseconds approximately. Therefore, this paper have ultimately verdict that the highest sensing response frequency of Magnetic Controlled Shape Memory Alloy is about 1 KHz, and the conclusion is the same with existing references.In the experiment, the signal, Self-Sensing Actuator producing, passes a filter of 25 KHz cut-off frequency. As a result, a good clear-cut signal comes into being. This filter cans also being applied in practical circuit system.Since Self-Sensing Actuator application places is most narrow space, its control system also should be possible sample. The embedded system is the most suitable control system.By finite element software, ANSYS, it is established that Self-Sensing Actuator simulation model, the principle of the experimental simulation. In emulation, the mathematical mode relation is established between Magnetron Shape Memory Alloy shape variable and corresponding excitation current. It is concluded that MSMA output force equals to minus result between force of current corresponding magnetic deformation and force of the MSMA internal for length changeTaking the most widely used ARM processor as the core, the circuit, signal acquisition and signal output information processing system, has been designed. The time-sharing processing theory is applied in the system. Circuit system dispose signal of the input and output. The experimental results prove that the time-sharing processing theory is feasible and effective.Conclusion points out that, applied operating system is embedded in system, with advantages of convenient application software upgrades, much task management, information intelligent high and easy management. It is the development direction of the embedded system, with application of embedded operating system. Article analyzes the S3C2410 transplant method of guidance system, Linux operating system and root filesystem.
