Method of moment has a irreplaceable status in the area of computational electromagnetic. It has some virtues like high precision and stability. Discretizing functional equation into algebraic equations is the idea of the method of moments. Results are obtained through the moment matrix which corresponding to the algebraic equation. But the method of moments has some defects. First of all, the method of moments gets corresponded integral equation using maxwell's equations and boundary conditions. And it needs to slect apropriate basis functions and testing functions by the different conditions. So the solving process is complex and cause errors easily; Second, moment matrix which is obtained from the method of moments is dense matrix, which will cause a complex inversion and a relatively large amount of computation.The method of moments based on RWG can solve the first defect. Antenna structure is properly classified by triangle, and each the triangular is approximated as a small dipole, then the antenna is the result of interaction of small dipole. RWG basis functions are selected as basis functions and testing functions. This method has a simple formula and convenient. Wavelet analysis can solve the second defect. Dense matrix generated by the method of moments is acted by sparse matrix which is Generated by the discrete wavelet, then the dense matrix becomes sparse. The method can reduce the computational complexity and improve computing speed.This paper combined the method of moments based on RWG and wavelet transform, then analysis of several antenna by the method. Specifically, the following sections were included:(1) Analysis of rectangular patch antenna, e-type patch antenna archimedean spiral antenna, archimedean spiral antenna cone and ground archimedes spiral array antenna by the combine method of the method of moments based on RWG and wavelet transform. The results were compared with the method of moments based on RWG. Simulation results showed that the new method can maintain the accuracy of the premise and reduced the computation time. So the method can analysis of the antenna accurately and effectively.(2) Analysis of the plane archimedean spiral antenna of five turn, ten turn and twenty turn by the combine method of the method of moments based on RWG and wavelet transform. Verified plane archimedean spiral antenna was omni, broadband antenna. Simulation of archimedean spiral antenna cone and the x-y plane was 30°angle,45°angle and 60°angle. Verified archimedean spiral antenna cone was a kind of antenna with one-way radiation. So the method can analysis of the archimedean spiral antenna effectively. (3) Analysis of two-order, three-order and fourth-order ground archimedes spiral array antenna by the combine method of the method of moments based on RWG and wavelet transform. The results showed that ground archimedes spiral array antenna was a kind of antenna with good orientation and had some practical value. So the method can analysis of the array antenna effectively.
