Systems management system is a core subsystem of Management Decision Support System for China Aero Geophysical Survey and Remote Sensing Center(AGRS). Research and Implementation of System Managerment can make subsystems closer, regulate system developing standards, and improve the system efficiency of development. By providing a solid and reliable system platform, it can save time and reduce unnecessary costs for programming, and still can effectively carry out standard treatment for the business management procedure, fully coordinate subsystems management process involved in the operation, providing the foundational data for data analysis system.System Management includes the following modules:1) The role of user management: Manage system users and role assignments;2) Menu and fuction buttons management: According to the specific business management needs, manage user accessible menu and function buttons;3) Data distribution control module: complete business process data distribution;4) Dictionary management module: the data dictionary in the system for unified management;The system discussed in the full JavaEE-MVC design pattern and implementation framework, based on Struts2, Spring, Hibernate multi-level integrated framework for Web application development. Class of the whole system created by the Spring container management, reduce the coupling; Presentation layer using JSP technology and Struts2 tags, unify page development methods, specification development; Control layer model based on Struts2 framework for MVC process control, making it scalable; Business layer using design patterns and AOP programming ideas, enhance the reusability of code; Persistence layer using integration of Hibernate and Spring Framework to operate the Oracle database, separating the transaction from business logic to simplify development of complex. The entire system use MyEclipse as a development platform.To meet the need for functionality, System development and design use the core RBAC and AOP programming ideas through the application, and design interceptor to achieve access control management system. Meanwhile the system designed a common data distribution module to meet the requirements of business management processes for AGRS. Web service of System was developed based on XFire SOAP engine, which consists of five sub-modules, namely the project, Quality, device, learning and externals. And the subsystems exposed corresponding interface to other system applications providing the required information and data. At last, designed and developed a reusable JFreeChart chart module.
