The mobile ISMS(IT Service Management System) is a manage system that help MSP(Manage Service Provider) provide a better information consultant, software update, hardware maintenance to their customers. Meanwhile, it should meet the operation characteristics and user preferences of mobile device.In this paper, based on two parts of ISMS in mobile device, design and implementation, it focus on the extraction of functionality requirement, the design and implementation of structure and the key technology used in the process.Due to the operation characteristics in mobile device and the requirement of mobile internet, the mobile ISMS compose of five function module blocks: Customer Relationship Management, Contract Management, Project Management, Service Desk Management, Timesheet Management. By putting them together, it forms a integrated mobile ISMS, which is suit for the requirements of mobile internet.The implementation of this system contains three parts: Data Access, Front Page Display, Mobile Native Application. Data Access is responsible for creating the connection to database and processing the data based on specific business logics. Front Page Display is responsible for displaying the pages with the processed data. Mobile Native Application is the container of the web pages, like a browser.This paper also details the key technology used in the process. Especially, against to the problems, like operational characteristics of mobile device, how to improve the user preferences and how to reduce the cost of communication between client side and server side, it elaborates different kinds of methods to use web client side technology to simulate the user preferences in mobile native application, and decrease the load between mobile and internet to suit for the user preference of mobile device.Through unit test, functional test, system test, joint test and stress test, this system meets the requirements of design and user preferences. In the other hand, based on the future functionality growth and user preferences improvement, this paper does a deeper research, be ready for the future update.
