Manufacturing error is one of the important factors which affect the electrical performance of microwave filters. However, the relationship between manufacturing error and the electrical performance of microwave filters is not established, and the relationship between manufacturing error and technological parameter is not analysised in depth for a long time, which results in the problems that it needs a long time to manufacture and the cost is high. This article researches the influence of manufacturing factors on the electrical performance of cavity filter, in view of the above questions.First, the model of internal conductor by turning and the wall of cavity by milling are established for the different processing methods of cavity filter. Second, a method of emulating the model which contains manufacturing error is researched, and the model containing manufacturing error is imported into simulation software of electromagnetic field, then the electrical property of the model are emulated. Finally, the coupled matrix is extracted from the S curve data, and the regression analysis model is constructed according to the coupled matrix simulated from different technological parameters, which establishes the relationship between the electrical performance and technological parameter and provides the basis for the selection of technological parameter.
