Nowadays the struggle for the fight of electromagnetic can often decide a war, the military electromagnetic shielding shelter is widely applied to weapon system, headquarters, electronic countermeasure, field service, and medical safeguard system in wars, because of its defense capability, obturation capability, and transportation adaptability. In the process of design, manufacture and use, keeping a good electromagnetic shielding effectiveness becomes an important guarantee of enhancing combat effectiveness.Firstly, this thesis discusses the theory of electromagnetic shielding, and gives the formulas of shielding effectiveness of some shielding structure, for example gaps, windows and the two layer skins. Secondly, the article analyzes the electromagnetic properties of some leaking elements, like the skin of the wall, welding seams, riveted joints, switching interface and so on. Then a detailed theoretical analysis of the door gap is shown, some technology choices to ensure the shielding effectiveness of the door are put forward. And then the article discusses the aging factor corrosion, and proposes some control technologies and a assessment method of galvanically corrosion, illustration of the corrosion behavior and processing methods of the finger stock and conductive gaskets are also given. Finally, the article analyzes the overall shielding model of the shelter based on the theory of electromagnetic topology, constructs and simulates the model of cables going through the switching interface, then the results is discussed and the conclusion is valuable.
