Design And Implementation Of The Responsible Target Evaluation System

In order to monitor the work and improve the management level, the government organs generally used a manual examination methods, this approach has been difficult to meet the rapid, accurate and impartial management requirements. The software system has lower cost and fair assessment, avoiding human intervention and easy to use and so on, so combined with the government's goal of accountability to promote management practices, development of software systems for the target responsibility assessment conformed to the current situation, in order to meet the needs of the government internal assessment.B/S architecture and J2EE multi-tier framework technology are utilized in the responsible target evaluated system. The thesis analyzes the J2EE multi-frame technology, and it combines with regulations and the practices of the management of the responsible target system in XianYang Local Taxation Bureau. By generally the thesis introduces building the methods and developing process of the J2EE multi-frame and information systems. By analyzing the function of the system and performance requirements, the thesis introduces the system of based on design for J2EE architecture, in the implementation part of the system,the thesis introduces the implementation methods and results for the assessment of the task and comprehensive statistics. Finally the thesis verified its functionality and the availability by testing the system.The assessment system has been applied in XianYang. During the application it was enabled to evaluate the administrative organ and the desired results were achieved.
