With the development on informatization construction of e-government, E-Signature technology plays an important role to assure the authenticity of information. In the untrusted terminal environment, the E-signaure can not guarantee the reliability. Therefore, some uncertainties are likely to cause the unsafe signature.Aiming at the problems in E-signature, data protection and remote attestion schemes are proposed in the paper based on the study of embedded platform and Trust Computing technology, and an embedded Trusted E-signature Terminal based on Trusted Cryptography Module (TCM) is implemented. The hardware of signature terminal and the design principle of the key module are introduced detaily, especially on the module of TCM driver, trusted signing and verifying signatures of electronic document, and the service scheduling of cryptogram chip and TCM in the singlechip. The E-signature Terminal build a chain of trust on embedded platform and sign trusted with binding the state of platform. With the data protected scheme proposed in paper can prevent leakage sentitive information of user's. The terminal enhances the security of E-signature and signature device, and makes a beneficial exploration in promoting the practical application on trusted computing.
